Requirements :
- Grade 10 / Standard 8 or equivalent. Basic Numeracy Language and literacy skills. Hospital experience will be an added advantage
Duties :
- Distribution of circulars and official documents to relevant stakeholders and across the institution. Proper handling and reporting of resources e.g., Photocopier’s fax and franking machines. Collections of mails from the post office on daily basis, collection of files from various department e.g., Poly, Pharmacy, Casualty and wards. Answering of telephone promptly. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by authorities.
