KEY OUTPUTS
• Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, mopping, restroom cleaning etc., soap dispensers, towel dispensers)
• Carry out special cleaning projects when required
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies / need for repairs
• Follow prescribed health and safety regulations as set out by the line manager
REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of Grade 8 or equivalent qualification
• Prior cleaning experience in a hospital theatre facility will be an advantage
• Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Willingness to work shift in accordance with the requirements of the unit
• The ability to adhere consistently to standards
• Exhibits full responsibility for own work output
